Maureen T. Barbour, 70, of Dumont, NJ (formerly of Ringwood, NJ) died on October 2, 2026.  Survived by her siblings Gregory Barbour and Maryrose Kaplan.  Predeceased by her brothers, Peter J. Barbour and Arthur J. Barbour, Jr., and her parents; Margaret (née Hines) and Arthur J. Barbour, Sr.

Maureen was born in Paterson and raised in Ringwood.  She was a school bus driver for Valley Transportation of Norwood for many years.

A celebration of Maureen’s life will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Frech-McKnight Funeral Home, 161 Washington Avenue, Dumont.  The Funeral Mass will be offered on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, 10:00 AM at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, 470 Broad Avenue, Leonia.  Maureen will be laid to rest with her family at Cedar Lawn Cemetery, 200 McLean Boulevard, Paterson.
