Joan M. Magner, 91, of Englewood (formerly of Hoboken), passed away peacefully on May 28, 2024.
She is the loving mother of Kevin (Mary), Kelly (Michael) and the late Gerald (2005). She is the devoted
sister of William Earl, Arlene Kiely, Rosemary Wiegartner, and Annie Costanza. She is also survived by
her six cherished grandchildren, Katherine, Maxwell Album, Melissa, Theresa, Michael, and Erin
Magner. She is predeceased by her former husband, Gerald Magner (2007). Joan will be deeply missed by
her friends and family.

Joan was born on June 30 th , 1932 in Hoboken, NJ to Anna (née Donahue) and Thomas Earl. Finishing
high school, she was employed in Human Resources in Salomon Brothers in New York City. She will
forever be remembered for her hard work and dedication, and most importantly, her unconditional love
for her family.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 31 st , 9:30-10:30 AM at Frech-McKnight Funeral Home, 161
Washington Avenue, Dumont, NJ 07628.

Catholic Service will be followed at 10:30 AM at the funeral home.
