Richard C. De Santi, 87, of Dumont, NJ, passed away peacefully on January 25, 2024. Predeceased by his beloved wife, Dolores De Santi (2022). Devoted father of Kathleen Tennant and her husband Philip. Loving grandfather of Joseph, Kyle and Lucas Tennant. Also survived by the Bandino family.
Richard was born in Jersey City, NJ to Mildred (née Tafuri) and Carmine De Santi. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from Steven’s University, and enjoyed a long career as an electrical engineer with Chesterfield Products, retiring in 1993.
Visiting Monday, January 29th, 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM, with a prayer service immediately following, at the Frech-McKnight Funeral Home, 161 Washington Avenue, Dumont. Richard will be laid to rest with his wife at Westwood Cemetery, Westwood, NJ.
