Nicolina M. Catalano (née D’Antonio), 91, of Mahwah, NJ and previously of Dumont, passed away peacefully on September 22, 2023. Devoted mother of Mary Jane (Peter) Durante, and Susan (Gary) Kern. Cherished grandmother of Alyssa (Steve), Nicole (Chris), Julianne (David), Gary (Danielle), and great-grandmother of Jameson, Harper, Olivia, Christopher, and Camryn. Dear sister of Peter D’Antonio and Concetta Piro; predeceased by her sister Josephine. Also survived by many loving cousins,nieces and nephews.

Nicolina was born in New York City to Sylvia (née Legante) and Elpidio D’Antonio. She built her career in finance and was retired from First Manhattan Company, NYC. Lena approached life with an adventurous spirit, traveling to every continent and always facing life’s challenges head-on. She was a longtime parishioner of Sacred Heart Church in Haworth.
