Rose DeFino Bricca, age 90, of New Milford, NJ, peacefully departed this life for her heavenly home, on Tuesday, June 13, 2023. Born January 26, 1933, Rose was the daughter of the late John and Catherine DeFino. Rose was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Vincent D. Bricca. She is survived by her daughter Cynthia (William) Finnigan of New Milford, NJ and son Vincent C. (Annette) Bricca of Midland Park, NJ; her five grandchildren, Brian (Krystal), Melissa (Michael), Jack, Timothy, and Emily as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Her life purpose was the comfort and wellbeing of her family to whom she was devoted. She was also preceded in death by her two brothers Anthony and Alexander DeFino, and her three sisters Angela DeFino Picariello, Lucy DeFino Zaccaria and Marie DeFino.
A celebration of Rose’s life will take place on Sunday, June 18th, 3-7 PM at the Frech-McKnight Funeral Home, 161 Washington Avenue, Dumont. A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, June 19th, 10 AM. Rose will be laid to rest with her husband at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
