Rita M. Pichon (née Heinzen), 93, of Newport Richey, FL, passed away peacefully on May 22, 2023. Predeceased by her husband, Thomas E. Pichon (1994). Devoted mother of Edward (Patricia) Pichon and John (Barbara) Pichon. Cherished grandmother of Melissa, Michelle, Michael (Danielle), Robert (Emily), and great-grandmother of four great-grandchildren, Emma, Michael, Jack and Logan.
Rita was born in the Bronx, NY to Augusta (née Breunig) and John Heinzen. She worked as an administrative assistant for many years.
Visiting Thursday, June 1st, 9:30-10:30 AM, with a Prayer Service at 10:30 AM, at the Frech-McKnight Funeral Home, 161 Washington Avenue, Dumont. Rita will be laid to rest with her husband at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY.
