Berenice Fernandez (née Molano), 65, of Montvale, NJ passed away peacefully on May 11, 2023 surrounded by her loving family.  Beloved wife of Hugo Fernandez.  Loving mother of Hugo Philip Fernandez and his wife Adriana, and Zulee Denisse Fernandez Molano. Dear sister of Manuel, Aurora, Fernando, Susana, Severo, Maria Antonia, and Teresa.  Predeceased by a brother, Roberto. 

Berenice was born in Bogota, Colombia to Elvia Luisa (née Bayona) and Severo Molano. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, and mother, and will be greatly missed by her family and friends. 

A celebration of Berenice’s life will take place on Monday, May 15th from 4-8 PM at the Frech-McKnight Funeral Home, 161 Washington Avenue, Dumont, NJ 07628.  Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, May 16th, 11 AM at Saint Andrew’s R.C. Church, 120 Washington Avenue, Westwood, NJ 07675.
