Anna Calamita (née Urbano), 84, of Paramus (formerly of Dumont), died peacefully on December 17, 2021.  Predeceased by her beloved husband, Giuseppe Calamita (2017).  Loving mother of Steven (Lisa) Calamita, Anthony (Danielle) Calamita.  Cherished grandmother of Jack and Charlie.  Dear sister of Lina Tammaro.  Predeceased by her son Joseph (1975), and her brothers Gaetano and Michele.

Anna was born in Bitonto, Italy to Francesca (née Scarola) and Giuseppe Urbano.  She was a seamstress with Nordstrom’s, Paramus for many years.

Visiting Tuesday, December 21st, 9:00-10:30 AM at the Frech-McKnight Funeral Home, 161 Washington Ave., Dumont.  Funeral Mass to follow at 11 AM at St. Mary’s R.C. Church, Dumont.  Anna will be laid to rest with her husband at St. Joseph Cemetery, Hackensack.
