Carol A. McGuire (née Murin), of Dumont, died peacefully on May 18, 2021 at the age of 73.  Predeceased by her beloved husband, Thomas (2011).  Loving mother of Matthew.  Cherished grandmother of Dane, Gavin and Christopher.  Carol is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and her lifelong friend, Doreen Guilfoyle.  Predeceased by her brother, Michael Murin.

Carol was born in New York City, and was a Dumont resident since 1997.  She was an Usher, a member of the Pastoral Council and member of the Altar & Rosary Society of St. Mary’s R.C. Church, Dumont.

Funeral Mass Friday, May 21st, 11 AM, St. Mary’s R.C. Church.  Entombment Garden of Memories, Washington Township.  Visiting Thursday, May 20th, 2-6 PM at the Frech-McKnight Funeral Home, 161 Washington Ave., Dumont.
