John Formoso, 54, of River Edge, passed away on February 19, 2026. Beloved husband of 26 years to Michelle Ballan. Devoted father of Olivia, Isabella, and Luke.

John was born in Brooklyn, NY to Faustina (née Cueto) and Juan Formosa. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, was a highly-decorated U.S. Marine veteran, and a medical sales rep with Abbott Medical for many years.

A celebration of John’s life will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Frech-McKnight Funeral Home, 161 Washington Avenue, Dumont.
