Jeff Carrazzone 69, was called home to the Lord,  after an eight-year battle with heart disease and complications following recent heart surgery at Mass General Brigham Hospital, Boston MA.

Jeff lived a life marked by strength, perseverance, and quiet devotion to his family. Despite years of health challenges, he faced each day with courage and resilience, never losing his determination or his love for those closest to him. Jeff will be remembered for his quiet strength, kind heart, and the love he carried in his own way.

He was the beloved husband of Barbara Ballesteros-Carrazzone; the devoted son of his mother, Shirley Carrazzone, and his father, the late Renato Carrazzone; and a cherished brother to Kevin Carrazzone, Susan Casino, and David Carrazzone. He was a loving and devoted uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Jeff was also the father of Alex Carrazzone from his previous marriage. Though life brought distance between them, faith assures us that God’s mercy and grace extend beyond all separation. He was a loyal friend and a caring father figure to his stepson, Carlo Ballesteros, whose life he deeply touched.

A celebration of the life of Jeff will be held on Sunday, January 11, 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Frech-McKnight Funeral Home, located at 161 Washington Avenue, Dumont, NJ 07628.

Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance and honor Jeff’s life.

The service will be officiated by Rev. Father Oliver Nilo, Vicar of St. James Catholic Church, Bergenfield, New Jersey.
