Dennis Stewart, 69, of Dumont, died on May 18, 2025.  Predeceased by his beloved wife Patricia (née Gillespie) (2021).  Devoted father of Gregory Stewart, Carly (Steven) Subota and Jeffrey Hilts.  Cherished grandfather of Christopher and Audrey.  Dear brother of Gregory (Sheila) Stewart.

Dennis was born in Montclair, NJ to Margaret (née MacDonald) and William A. Stewart.  He was a store manager at a Home Depot in Jersey City for many years and later Kings in Hillsdale.

All arrangements are private and under the direction of the Frech-McKnight Funeral Home.
