Theresa Dunn Egan, 67, of Haworth, NJ, passed away peacefully on December 25, 2024.  Beloved wife of Kenneth Egan.  Loving mother of Kyle Egan and his girlfriend Alexsandra Novakoski, Chelsea Sweet and her husband Nathan and Keri Cueff and her husband Oliver.  Cherished grandmother of Lucas, Jonah and Maisy Cueff.  Dear sister of Barbara, Louise, Laurie and her partner Kevin, Marion and her husband Chris, Ceci and her husband Greg and Michael and his partner Jody. Dear sister-in-law to Margaret, Thomas and his wife Evelyn, Mary and her husband Ed, and Theresa and her husband Aron. 

A celebration of Theresa’s life will take place on January 3, 2025 from 3 – 7 PM at the Frech-McKnight Funeral Home, 161 Washington Avenue, Dumont.  A Funeral Mass will be offered on January 4, 2025, 10 AM at Sacred Heart R.C. Church, 102 Park Street, Haworth.  Cremation will be private.  As an expression of sympathy, please consider a donation in Theresa’s memory to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.

Theresa was born in Asbestos, Canada to Laurentia (née Roy) and Michael Declan Dunn.  She was employed as a construction manager with Hill Bros., Bronx, NY, and prior with the State of New Jersey.  Theresa had a love of flowers & gardening. She prioritized time with family from building gingerbread houses with her grandchildren, quality time with her children, dinner dates with her husband, and jersey shore beach trips with family members. She will be missed dearly.
