Genevieve P. Leary (née Quinn), 99, of Dumont, passed away peacefully on November 5, 2024. Beloved wife of the late James Leary (1981). Loving mother of Kevin (Mary), Keith, and the late James (1994). Cherished sister of James Quinn and his wife Pat, and the late Vincent. Dear grandmother of Kevin, Kristopher, Chelsea, and James. Devoted great grandmother of Jackson, Kelly, and Matthew. She will be dearly missed by her friends and family.

Genevieve was born on January 10, 1925 in North Bergen, NJ to Florence (née Smith) and Vincent Quinn. After her years of schooling, she was employed for many years with the New York Central Railroad, Weehawken, NJ.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 9, 10AM-10:45AM, at the Frech-McKnight Funeral Home, 161 Washington Avenue, Dumont, NJ 07628.  Funeral Mass to follow at 11AM at St. Mary’s R.C. Church, 280 Washington Avenue, Dumont, NJ 07628.  Genevieve will be laid to rest with her husband at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Tenafly.
