Sheila A. Coppola (née Heyart), 70, of New Milford, NJ, passed away peacefully on May 23, 2024. Survived by her loving son Christopher Coppola. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Louis Coppola (2014) and her daughter, Nora Chlopicki (2011).
Sheila was born in Ridgewood, NJ to Helen (née Parker) and Herman Heyart. She devoted her life to her family and friends. She loved to spend time with her family anytime possible and her weekly get togethers with her beloved friends. Sheila had a gift to make every person feel comfortable and cared for in her presence. She would want us to laugh not cry, to remember the joyful times not the tragic. To know Sheila was to know love.
Visitation Wednesday, May 29th, 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Frech-McKnight Funeral Home, 161 Washington Avenue, Dumont. A Service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, May 30th, 11:00 AM. Sheila will be laid to rest with her husband at Maryrest Cemetery, Mahwah.
