Kathleen Hehir (née Flannery), 89, of Dumont, died peacefully on January 4, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of Gerard “Gerry” Hehir. Loving mother of Geraldine Boyle and her husband James, Maureen Massa and her husband Mark, and Patrick Hehir and his wife Stephanie. Cherished grandmother of Bryan (Armita), Kevin, Jimmy, Megan, Monica, Emma, Gerry, and Patrick.
Kathleen was born in Terryglass, County Tipperary, Ireland to Ellen (née Felle) and John Flannery. She emigrated to the United States in 1958. She was a bookkeeper with General Motors, New York City for many years, and a devout parishioner of St. Mary’s R.C. Church.
Funeral Mass Monday, January 10th, 11 AM, St. Mary’s R.C. Church, Dumont. Interment Maryrest Cemetery, Mahwah, NJ.
