Mary “Mae” Cameron (née Caliccio), 88, of Dumont, NJ died peacefully on Tuesday, February 16, 2021. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Edward. Loving mother of Kevin (Gina), Edward, and Doreen Cameron. Cherished grandmother of Dennis, Jessica, Julie, and Katie.
Mary was born in Jersey City, NJ to Mary (née Dempsey) and James Caliccio. She was a secretary with Duffy-Motts, and the Law Office of Shea & Gould of New York City. Mary was also co-owner of Hilgen’s Luncheonette, Leonia, NJ. She adored spending time with her grandchildren, hosting holiday dinners, and spending time in Atlantic City.
Funeral Mass, Saturday, February 20th, 11 AM at Madonna R.C. Church, 340 Main St., Ft. Lee. Interment to follow at Madonna Cemetery & Mausoleum, Ft. Lee. Visitation Friday, February 19th, 4-7 PM at the Frech-McKnight Funeral Home, 161 Washington Ave., Dumont.
