Nikolaos Kontakos, 65, of Dumont, died unexpectedly on Sunday, April 19, 2020.  Beloved husband of Carol (née McHugh).  Devoted father of Christopher and James Nikolaos Kontakos.  Dear brother of Steve Kontakos and his wife Vicky and Maria Bouris and her husband George.  Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Nikolaos was born in Sparta, Greece to Anna (née Psinakis) and Demetrios Kontakos.  He was a Chef at Viand Restaurant, New York City.  Nikolaos enjoyed fishing, and was devoted to his family.
