Ellen F. McLaughlin (nee Gray), 79, of Dumont, died unexpectedly on December 26, 2019. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Vincent (2019). Survived by sisters-in-law, Chris McLaughlin, Maureen McLaughlin, Kathleen Dowling and Sheila Tracey, sixteen cherished nieces and nephews, and a host of great-nieces and nephews.

Ellen was born and raised in New York City to Ellen (nee Cooke) and Frank B. Gray, and was an assistant corporate secretary for International Paper, New York City, retiring in 1996. She was very active in Dumont, and a member of the Dumont Senior Citizens and the Dumont Swim Club.

Funeral Mass Saturday, December 28th, 10 AM, St. Catharine of Alexandria Parish, 523 Western Highway S, Blauvelt, NY. Interment Rockland Cemetery, 201 Kings Highway, Sparkill, NY. Visiting Friday, December 27th, 3-7 PM at the Frech-McKnight Funeral Home, 161 Washington Ave., Dumont.
